The real estate world has always sparked interest with Tania. From making cut outs of homes for sale in the area as her 7th-grade social studies current event project to hours of binge-watching HGTV and falling in love with the industry — it has now become nothing short of a lifestyle.

She is a born and raised in the heart of the southside of San Antonio and now resides in La Vernia with her husband and two children.

She has been in the real estate industry in some capacity for more than seven years. She began her journey in the home inspection world. She managed the largest privately-owned inspection company in San Antonio for three years before they merged into a corporation. While there, she learned a great deal about true customer service and how cultivating and maintaining lasting client relationships in paramount in the real estate industry. People remember who you are and how you treated them — it’s a lasting memory for them.

After that door closed, Tania quickly decided she loved the whole aspect of the real estate environment and decided to obtain her real estate license. While working towards that, she was hired on with a San Antonio-based real estate brokerage and served that team for years, focusing on customer service and contract perfection. Deadlines are vital within a real estate transaction and her attention to detail and dedication to a smooth transaction is now commonplace for her own business.

Now as a part of the Homestead and Ranch Real Estate brokerage and The Heather Murray Team, Tania is not only able to be closer to home, but can also better serve her specialty area. When she met with Heather, she immediately knew she was right where she needed to be. Through time and deep prayer, everything aligned to make the change an easy decision.

Tania’s goals within her real estate career are to be 100% transparent with each of her clients throughout every step of the way within each transaction and to serve all of her clients with respect, honesty, and pure loyalty.

She has the dream to one day flip homes of her own on the southside of San Antonio (where she grew up) to be able to give back to her roots and bring the quality of real estate back to that area of town. As someone who puts God first in all aspects of her life, serving her community and giving back are goals she’s unwilling to give up on, as these goals are so much more than goals — they are a way of life.
